Are you looking for a CourseCraft demo?

Below, we will cover the most important aspects of how this platform works and provide a brief and concise walkthrough of its functions. Our demo breaks down in the following fashion:

  • What Is CourseCraft?
  • What Can Be Done With CourseCraft?
  • How To Create a Profile?
  • How To Create a Course On CourseCraft?
  • Creating Landing Page On a CourseCraft
  • Advertising & Promotion of Your Course
  • Statistics Page

CourseCraft Demo Step #1: What Is CourseCraft?

CourseCraft is an easy-to-use learning management platform that lets you create an e-course and start marketing it online.

CourseCraft doesn’t require any technical know-how as all of the hosting and “back-end” features are taken care of, letting you focus on making the best course possible.

If you have an idea for a course and are looking for the fastest way to create it, CourseCraft is ideal.

CourseCraft Demo Step #2: What Can You Do With CourseCraft?

CourseCraft is suitable for creating any type of course, from flower arranging to business marketing.

Its powerful lesson editor lets you create unique lessons using a combination of text, images, videos, audio files, and downloadables.

You can then design an eye-catching landing page and start marketing the course. The free plan limits you to just three courses and up to 60 minutes of video. The paid plans remove these limitations and let you add forms and quizzes and sell add-ons to your courses, such as consultation time and digital products.

CourseCraft Demo Step #3: How To Create a Profile

CourseCraft’s sign-up process is easy and doesn’t require a credit card. You can sign up with your email address or by using your Twitter, Facebook, or Google account, which lets you log in without a password.

After registering, we recommend setting up the profile straight away. CourseCraft’s account settings menu is highly intuitive. It contains only the most essential options, such as what type of notifications you wish to receive.

CourseCraft Demo Step #4: How To Create a Course On CourseCraft?

After you finish setting up your profile, it is time to build a foundation for your course. Open your dashboard, and you’ll find a checklist that shows which steps you have already completed in the course creation process.

Start by adding a course name and uploading a cover photo. Don’t worry; you can change these later. When you are ready, click “Create Course,” and you’ll see the “Course Title & Details” page. Here, you can add a short description of what your course is about.

You’ll notice that the course enrollment is closed by default. You’ll need to manually toggle this to open once you have completed everything on the checklist and are ready to accept students.

Lesson Creation

After the basis for the course is set up, it’s time to add lessons. Click on the ‘new lesson’ button, and you’ll see a popup that will prompt you to give your lesson a name.

You can arrange your lessons into groups, but you don’t have to. If you prefer, you can leave them all in the default group called ‘Lessons’ or rename the default group to something else.

You can add more lessons by clicking the ‘+ new lesson’ button at the bottom of the page.

You can publish lessons in four ways:

  • manually
  • at a certain date
  • at a certain time after enrolment
  • or as a free sample lesson

Payment Plans

To open a course for enrollment, you have to subscribe to one of the payment plans for all the courses, except the free ones. Stripe integration is required to create a payment plan, and you can choose from four pricing options as follows:

  • free,
  • one-time payment,
  • payment plan, and
  • “pay what you want”

If you have a Club or Society plan, you can also include add-ons to your courses. Add-ons can include anything from digital downloads to consultation hours or anything else you can think of.

CourseCraft

Although landing page setup is the second option in the checklist right after course creation, we recommend creating lessons and setting pricing beforehand. When you create a landing page for the first time, CourseCraft explains the process step-by-step.

You can add the following elements:

  • headings
  • text boxes
  • images
  • columns
  • videos
  • FAQ box
  • table of contents
  • CTA buttons
  • HTML codes
  • embeds

Every element you add can be dragged and dropped to create a custom look.

Some advanced options that you may wish to use include creating a private password-hidden landing page or using a landing page created with a different website.

CourseCraft Demo Step #6: Marketing of Your Course

Although CourseCraft might not have as many marketing options as some competitors, it offers a solid range of time-tested marketing options. These include:

  • shareable links and widgets
  • promo codes
  • affiliates
  • an efficient way of capturing leads (free sample lessons)

While 100% promo codes are not supported, you can create unlimited promo codes for your users. The system will urge users to opt for a pre-paid seat option instead.

If you upgrade to the Society plan, you can offer “Prepaid seats,” allowing you to give away free access to your courses.

One of the best ways to generate more business is to offer free lessons and add an opt-in for the waiting list.

CourseCraft Demo Step #7: Statistics Page

Once you have completed all the steps on the checklist, you can publish the course by toggling enrollment to “Open.” Once your course is live, you can track the course performance in your course dashboard.

The “Course Stats” page tracks the following metrics:

  • visits
  • enrollments
  • sales
  • lesson activity

Regularly checking this page can help you see how effectively your marketing techniques are working and whether your landing page is effective. For example, if your landing page is getting significant traffic, but your sales are low, you may choose to offer a free lesson or promo code.
