Room engagement tools consist of interactive polls and offers which you can time into your presentation, live chat (private or public), and calls-to-action. You can also add new ones during your live event.

You can track and analyze your attendees, discovering if they actually attended or just had your event playing in a background browser. You can pinpoint precisely when anyone left your webinar so you can make changes.

This plan doesn’t include an automated webinar feature.

To increase your limit on attendees and sessions and create automated webinars, you’ll need to go for the next plan up, the Growth plan.

You can add more fields to your forms with Demio’s predefined options.

If you’re a small business with an audience of at least 150 and want to make pre-recorded webinars, then the Demio Growth plan will be ideal for you.

If you need to add hosts and more, you should choose the next plan up, the Demio Business plan.

Demio Pricing Plans: How Much Does It Cost?

Demio vs. WebinarJam Pricing

Although Demio’s Starter plan is cheaper than WebinarJam’s Basic plan, the next two WebinarJam plans cost less.

WebinarJam has three pricing plans, all of which bill annually:

  • WebinarJam Basic plan costs $499 per year ($41.59 per month).
  • WebinarJam Professional plan costs $699 per year ($58.25 per month).
  • WebinarJam Enterprise plan costs $999 per year ($83.25 per month).

WebinarJam offers 500 attendees on its Basic plan compared to Demio’s Starter plan with 50 attendees.

The Demio Growth and Starter plans allow for one host and four with the Business plan. WebinarJam allows for two on the Basic, four on the Professional, and six on the Enterprise.

On all WebinarJam plans, you can plug in pre-recorded videos to your live event, create paid webinars, and use a drawing tool.

You can’t create automated webinars with WebinarJam, whereas you can on Demio’s top two tiers.

Based on Demio’s annual pricing, WebinarJam’s users can save up to $966 per year.

Demio Pricing Plans: How Much Does It Cost?

Demio vs. Crowdcast Pricing

Crowdcast has a broader range of less expensive plans than Demio’s.

  • Starter costs $29/month ($20 billed annually)
  • Lite costs $49/month ($34 billed annually)
  • Pro costs $89/month ($62 billed annually)
  • Business costs $195 per month ($139 billed annually)

Crowdcast offers 2-hour session limits on Starter, with four to six hours on Pro/Business.

Crowdcast allows more attendees, with top-up pricing, if extra attendees show up to a webinar. There’s also no need to integrate a payment gateway for paid webinars.

However, you can’t schedule a poll, and there is no automated webinar feature, unlike Demio’s top plans.

The Crowdcast plans work out at almost half the price of Demio.

Demio Pricing Plans: How Much Does It Cost?

Demio vs. EasyWebinar Pricing

Although Demio’s prices are lower than EasyWebinar’s, EasyWebinar offers more options.

  • The Standard plan costs $78/month ($59 billed annually)
  • The Pro plan costs $129/month ($90 billed annually)
  • Enterprise costs $499/month ($349 billed annually)

EasyWebinar permits more attendees: 100 on Standard and 2,000 on Enterprise.

Comparing prices per attendee, EasyWebinar wins. With its Pro plan, you can have 500 – Demio charges $234 per month for this.

All EasyWebinar plans feature automated webinars, and EasyWebinar users can run unlimited attendee live events hosted by YouTube. Live events stream to Facebook, YouTube, or both.

EasyWebinar is pricier than Demio, and there’s a big jump from Pro to Enterprise.

Demio Pricing Plans: How Much Does It Cost?

Demio vs. Zoom Pricing

Zoom offers a free plan to host 100 attendees, with a 40-minute time limit and limited webinar tools.

  • Pro plan costs $14.99 per month, $12.49 if billed annually.
  • Business plan costs $19.99 per month, $16.66 if billed annually,
  • Enterprise plan costs $35.00 per month, $16.66 if billed annually.

Zoom’s paid meeting plans allow group session durations of 30 hours. Participant capacity reaches 300 (Business) or 1,000 (Enterprise).

These prices are about meetings, including screen sharing, breakout rooms, and a waiting room.

To run Zoom as a true webinar tool, you’ll have to purchase the Pro plan or another paid plan plus add-ons. Zoom has a wide range of price plans, so here is an indicative sampling:

  • $40/month, 100 attendees, $400/year billed annually
  • $340/month, 1,000, $3,400/year billed annually
  • $6,490/month, 10,000 attendees, $64,900/year billed annually

This pricing generally works out more favorably than Demio, but it serves meetings more than webinars.

Unlike Demio, Zoom can’t time polls, add offers or calls-to-action, create automated webinars, or send automated reminder emails.

Bottom Line

Hosting engaging webinars has never been easier, but choosing the correct system is vital.

Your webinar system has to be reliable; connections and quality must be excellent when speaking to many people at the same time.

Tracking and analytics are also essential for marketing and evaluation. Automated webinars can scale your business without you having to do any further work.

Zoom isn’t a top-of-the-range webinar system, but it generously gives away a free meetings plan, and the session limit may well be enough for you.

To grow your business, though, you need an affordable, robust system such as Demio, WebinarJam, or EasyWebinar.

Incorporating polls, surveys, and Q&As can go a long way in holding your audience’s attention.

Showing its expertise as a webinar platform, Demio offers the full works – live, series, hybrid, automated, and on-demand.

Provided that you need all of its features, Demio is hands-down the best choice.
