Kajabi has the built-in tool, Email Sequences. Email sequences on Kajabi are a series of emails or a single email that is triggered by automations.

Email sequences can be sent to prospective or existing customers to welcome and engage them. This can keep them interested in your brand, products, and services to generate sales.

Key Takeaways:

What Is a Kajabi Email Sequence?

A Kajabi email sequence is a series of emails or an individual email that is sent using automations.

A trigger will start the email sequence. The trigger could be a user opting into a form, purchasing an offer, canceling an existing subscription, or anything else.

Each email is sent using pre-set time intervals, so users will receive the emails based on when they subscribe to the sequence.

Kajabi Email Sequence Differences by Plan

All Kajabi’s plans include email sequences. However, the number of contacts you can have are limited by plan

The automations also vary by plan. On the Basic plan, only basic automations are included. The Growth and Pro plans both include advanced automations.

Basic automations allow you to use “when” triggers and “then” actions.

Advanced automations include an “if” condition.

  • Opened – This shows how many of the emails have been opened and viewed by subscribers.
  • Clicked – See how many subscribers have clicked any link within the email sequence.
  • Hard Bounced – A hard bounce is when an email server rejects an email. This can happen for a variety of emails, including an email address no longer existing, an invalid email address, or the domain doesn’t exist.
  • Unsubscribed – This will show the number of users who have unsubscribed from your email sequence.

Below these reports are details of each email within the sequence. You can see how many of the emails within the sequence have been clicked, opened, and unsubscribed from.
