Kajabi takes customer support and service seriously. In addition to the free training material, Kajabi users get access to 24/7 live chat and email support.

How to Get Help & Support with Kajabi?

Here are a few ways you can get in contact with customer support and how to access training and educational resources.

Live Chat

All Kajabi subscribers get access to Live Chat support. On the Basic plan, customers can contact live chat support from 8 am-5 pm PST during weekdays. 

If you have the Growth plan or higher, you get access to 24/7 live chat support to get help whenever you need it.

Here is how to access Kajabi live chat support:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on the Help section in the bottom left
  • Select Chat With Us Now
You'll be greeted by a Kajabi-Bot but will have an option to speak to a real person.

Once you do that, you will be connected to a live chat support specialist. 

Kajabi’s live chat support team is friendly and knowledgeable and will respond to your chat requests quickly. 

The best feature of live chat is that you can share your screen, so the support team has an exact view of what problem you have.


If you have an issue that is not immediate or you cannot use the live chat features, you can send an email query to support@kajabi.com

Kajabi takes great effort to respond to every email query promptly and accurately. 

Once you send an email, the support team should get back to you within the hour. 

Email support is a good option if you don’t need immediate help on any issues.


You can also call Kajabi’s phone support line at (855) 452-5224. 

However, phone support is often not a good option for platform support. 

You cannot share your screen via phone support calls, and the support team has to take more time to verify your account details.

Live Webinars

As far as training goes, Kajabi offers regular live webinar training sessions every week. 

The webinars are focused on teaching users how to get the most out of Kajabi’s tools and set up. 

Webinar videos cover topics like:

  • How to build and automate marketing
  • How to create, package, and price your products
  • How to grow your email contact list
  • Live FAQ sessions
  • And much more

Kajabi is one of the few online course platforms that offer regular free live training sessions. 

Kajabi has live webinars every weekday (Monday to Friday) at 11 am and 3 pm. It’s a great way to increase your familiarity with the platform and a good alternative to live chat support if you have non-immediate questions.

Zoom Calls

Kajabi also offers one-on-one Zoom calls with users. When you are finished with your Kajabi trial, you can set up a “kick-off” Zoom call and talk with the team about your business strategy and plans.

After this call, you will be assigned a ‘customer success manager’ (CSM) who will provide continual support as you develop your business. 

CMS support programs are currently offered in both English and Spanish.

Community Support

Kajabi has a bustling and vibrant community of users who are always willing to share their knowledge and expertise.

Kajabi has a very active Facebook User group where you can go to share your successes/stories with the platform.

You can also go to the Kajabi virtual meetups page and schedule a live discussion with other users.
