Livestorm pricing plans start at $0 and range from $99 to $396 for premium plans.

The cost depends on the number of hosts and attendees you want. There’s a free starter plan, a premium plan, and an enterprise plan with additional services to meet customer needs and budget.

We welcome their three no-nonsense pricing schemes that offer every-sized business the opportunity to develop video communication strategies.

We also recognize the discounted annual payment option’s value given our extensive experience of online business and course software.

Livestorm Pricing Plans Overview

The three current Livestorm webinar and meeting plans cater to varied needs. These include budget and the number of hosts and participants who can join all types of online events, including webinars, meetings, online courses, workshops, and much more.

The main difference between the plans is cost and delivery scope.

Until early 2021, Livestorm had separate Meet and Webinar plans that differed in price. Now their plans are simpler in structure and cover all online events in a single plan.

Livestorm Plans:

  • Starter Plan – $0 per month
  • Premium Plan – $99 per month or $89 if paid annually. Pricing varies based on the number of hosts and attendees. Custom pricing for more than four hosts is available.
  • Enterprise Plan – Custom quote

Previous Webinar & Meet Plans:

  • Free basic plans for meetings or webinars
  • Premium plan for webinars, from $99-$308, and only $89 if you paid annually
  • Premium plan for scheduled and instant meetings for $35 or $28 if paid annually

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, Livestorm offered a welcome free relief package for the Premium meeting plan.

Livestorm Pricing Plans

We are delighted with the less complicated pricing plans now available for online events. But we are a little disappointed that the cheaper Premium Meet plan is no longer available.

Each of the three plans has its own set of features in addition to standout benefits like Webinar UX and other advanced webinar features.

Because many people still look for meet vs. webinar options for online events, we have structured this guide to incorporate the webinar and meeting options.

Livestorm Pricing: How Much Does It Cost?

Livestorm Webinar Free Plan

Now covered by the Livestorm Starter Plan, the webinar free plan is a great option that lets you discover what Livestorm has to offer. And you don’t have to pay a cent.

You can upgrade to one of the paid plans at any time.

But if you are happy with the limitations of the Starter Plan, you can keep using it. You can’t beat it if you’re on a tight budget!

In a nutshell, the plan restricts you to only ten registrants and ten attendees at any webinar.

But you can hold as many webinars as you like. The other limitation is time. You can only hold 20-minute webinars.

  • Price: Free
  • Up to 20 minutes and ten registrants per webinar
  • No hosts, but up to ten live attendees
  • Instant meetings with up to four people
  • Unlimited events and unlimited moderators

Livestorm Webinar Premium Plan

Now part of the Premium Plan, the webinar premium plan doesn’t have the free Starter Plan’s limitations. However, you get what you pay for.

For instance, you can choose how many hosts to have as well as live attendees. As your numbers increase, so does your bill.

You can, though, get a 10% discount if you pay annually.

You can support as many hosts as you wish, but each one will add $109. They offer custom pricing for more than four hosts.

The plan comes with an allowance of 100 attendees. Up to 250 will add $109 to your bill, and up to 1,000 will add $229. So, if you opt for four hosts and up to 1,000 attendees, your annual bill will be $665.

  • Price: $99 if paid monthly, $89 if paid annually (10% off)
  • Up to 4 hours and unlimited registrants per webinar
  • One host and up to 100 live attendees

Livestorm Webinar Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan aims at bigger businesses and companies. You get all the same features as those offered in the Premium Plan and then choose additional services to meet your needs.

For all the perks the plan offers, we found that it is incredibly cost-effective for the price. It really does target those who want and need the best-in-class service and an enterprise-grade experience.

You will need to get a custom quotation from Livestorm for an Enterprise paid plan.

  • Price: Custom
  • Starting at 5+ Hosts
  • All premium features

Livestorm Meet Free Plan

Livestorm has discontinued this plan, but the Livestorm Starter Plan now covers the same features and functionality.

On the plus side, you can now participate in every possible online event on one plan. But it will cost more than it used to.

There is no limit to the meetings you can hold, but you can’t meet with more than four people.

  • Price: Free
  • Unlimited meetings, one meeting room, and up to four participants
  • It includes everything offered by the free Starter Plan.

Livestorm Meet Premium Plan

Like the Meet Free plan, the Meet Premium plan is no more.

This loss is the greatest for those who wanted short, small meetings at a low cost.

But now the premium option is much bigger and a lot better.

  • Price: $109 or $99 if paid annually compared to $35 and $28. The other loss is the free option for COVID-19 relief, but we all want to see the back of COVID!
  • Unlimited meetings and meeting rooms, with up to 12 participants
  • Before, it included the Webinar Basic Plan. Now you get everything the Premium Plan offers, including all the webinar perks.
