Teachable allows you to create and send certificates to students whenever they complete a course.

Step 1: Log into your Teachable school and select “Courses” from the sidebar menu. Then, from the sub-menu that appears, select “Certificates.” Next, click on one of the “New Certificate” buttons.

Step 2: Choose a template option from the pop-up that appears and select “Next.”

Step 3: In the editing screen, customize your certificate by uploading your logo and adding a title and text. You can also upload a signature if you wish.

Step 4: Clicking on the “Design” tab will allow you to customize the colors of the certificate.

When you are done, you can select “Preview” in the top right corner to see the finished result. If you are happy with how it looks, click “Finish.”

Step 5: Finally, a pop-up will ask if you want to activate the certificate. If you select “Yes,” students will start receiving the certificate once they complete the course. If you select “No,” the certificate design will be saved for later use.

You can create a custom certificate in Teachable if you understand how to use LIQUID/HTML. The platform includes a building tool where you can enter custom code to develop your certificate.
