  • A Workflow is a sequence you can create to be triggered each time a user performs an action. E.g., If a user joins your email list, you can use a Workflow to send them an automatic email.

How Do I Edit My ClickFunnels 2.0 Email Marketing Settings?

Within the marketing settings, you can change the email addresses you send emails from and where you receive incoming emails. You can also edit your marketing address, make changes to your “unsubscribe” footer text, and hide the ClickFunnels 2.0 branding.

You can also add your emails to categories so your customers can receive relevant content. These categories are called Topics. The Topics are visible to contacts.

How to Edit the General Settings

  1. Click Marketing.
  2. Select Marketing Settings.

Here you will find all of the settings you can edit.

There are several changes you can make here.

  • Marketing Contact Address – This is the contact address that will appear at the bottom of each email you send.
  • Unsubscribe Footer – Every email must have an unsubscribe button. Once the button is clicked, the receiver can manage their email preferences or unsubscribe to your list. In this section, you can change the text that appears as your unsubscribe button.
  • Hide ‘Powered By ClickFunnels’ Branding – Toggle this on or off as to whether you want to hide this badge.
  • Company Email Address – Here, you can edit the From and Reply To email addresses. The From address must be an email address with a custom domain you own. The Reply To email address can be left blank, and it will default to your From address, or you can add any alternative email address.
    You can add the email addresses you want to use by navigating to the Email Addresses tab.
  1. Edit the settings and click Save.

  1. Click Marketing.
  2. Select Marketing Settings.
  3. Select the Email Addresses tab.

Here you can add email addresses, and then in your General Settings, you can choose which email address your emails are sent from and which customers reply to.

  2. Add a Nickname for the email address, the Email Address, and a Name.
  3. Click Add Email Address.

Once you have added your email address, you can go back to General Settings and edit the From Address and Reply To Address.

  2. Select Marketing Settings.
  3. Select the Topics tab.
  4. Click Create Topic.
  5. Add the Topic Name and Description.
  6. Click Create Topic.

Your Topic will now appear in the list. Use the cog icon to edit the settings or delete your Topic. 

How to Create an Email Broadcast on ClickFunnels 2.0

  1. Click Marketing.
  2. Select Broadcasts.
  1. Click Create Broadcast.
  2. Choose a template or select Start from Blank.

For this example, we are going to select the Order Confirmation template.

Once you select your template or Start from Blank, ClickFunnels 2.0 will open the page editor.

You can change the title, images, buttons, and many other content features within the page editor.

  1. Use the sidebar to make the changes to your Broadcast. You can also click on the element on the Broadcast and make changes this way.
  2. Once you’ve made the changes, click Save and Exit.
  3. Click the arrow in the top left corner to leave the page editor.

Within the Broadcast settings, you can add the following:
  • Broadcast Name – Name the Broadcast so that you can identify it later.
  • Broadcast Topic – Choose the Topic of the Broadcast. This is an optional field.
  • Send To – Select who you want to send this Broadcast to.
  • From – Choose which email address sends the email. You can select one of the email addresses you added earlier in your Marketing Settings under the Email Addresses tab.
  • Subject Line – Add the subject line for the email.
  • Preheader – Add the text that the receiver will see after the subject line when previewing the email.
  • Sending Options – Choose when you want the Broadcast to be sent.
  1. Edit the settings of the Broadcast.
  2. Click Schedule Broadcast.
Now you will be able to see an overview of the Broadcast. It will show how the Broadcast is performing, who has opened the email, deliverability, and other analytics.
