Depending on the number of tickets they have, it should never take more than 24 hours to receive a response.

How to contact them via email:

  1. To email WebinarJam, you should enter the email support@webinarjam.com into your chosen email provider.
  2. Draft the message and click send.

The platform also offers a live chat feature, allowing you to talk directly to support staff on its website.

How to contact them via live chat or submit a support ticket:

  2. From there, click Support in the tabs section.
  3. Once redirected to the Support page, click Get Help under Products.

  2. Click Live Chat.
Click Live Chat
  1. On the right-hand side of the screen, a box will appear with sections to add your name and email. Complete these.
  2. You’ll then be connected to a live chat support staff member who will be ready to answer your question.

Phone

Although there is a phone number listed on the platform’s homepage, they do not currently operate a support phone line.

Instead, this is a company phone line for general inquiries.

Therefore, for platform support, you should not use this method of contact.

Mail

WebinarJam lists a mailing address for you to write to them.

This would not be a recommended method for contacting them as the process would be incredibly slow.

If you did want to send them mail, you should address your letter here:
