Step 1:

If you don’t already have an account, then go to the website and create an account. Otherwise, log in to your existing account.

Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard.

Step 3:


Hover your mouse over Email in the menu bar at the top of your screen and then click on Campaigns.

Step 4:


Click + Create in the upper right corner of your screen.

Step 5:

Enter a name and brief description for your email campaign and then click the Save button.

Step 6:

You will now see your newly created email campaign listed under Campaigns. Click on the email campaign you just created to open it.

Step 7:

To add an email to your newly created campaign, Click the blue + Add an email button in the upper right corner of your screen.

Step 8:

Sender name

You’ll now need to enter Sender name, Sender email address, and email Subject.

Step 9:

Choose the editor

Choose the editor you’d like to use, Visual (a) or Classic (b), and then click the blue Create button.

Step 10 (a):

Visual Editor

The Visual Editor will appear on your screen. You can add content like images, text, and buttons (highlighted in red). You can also select any element and edit it.

You also have the option to change the layout of the content with columns and sections (highlighted in blue).

Step 11 (a):

Click Settings if you wish to make changes to the font size, background color, links, and content area width (highlighted in red).

You also have the option to make your newsletter mobile-friendly by selecting the phone icon (highlighted in blue).

Once you have completed editing, click on Save changes and then Exit (highlighted in green).

Click the email

Click the email you have just created.

Save and publish

Click the blue Save and publish button.

Choose the delay or trigger that you want the email to be sent after. When it comes to scheduling your email you can choose between a time, day, or a trigger event. Once you set up your preferred scheduling click the blue Publish button.

You can change the details that you just entered (highlighted in red), add attachments (highlighted in blue), add substitute variables that automatically replace information (highlighted in green), and create the main body of your email (highlighted in purple).

After you have finished editing your email, click the blue Save and publish button in the upper right corner of your screen (highlighted in red). 

You will then see a screen pop up where you can set up a delay or trigger event for your email to be sent (highlighted in green). 

Once you’re happy with your delay or trigger settings click on the blue Publish button.

Important Notes: 

  • You need to complete all delays and/or trigger events in order to send an email. 
  • The order of emails within your email campaign is important. sends emails from top to bottom.
  • When adding a new email to an email campaign, it will automatically go to the top of your campaign and will be first in the email “queue”.
