Kartra offers two ways to contact customer service. 

You can contact the team through a live chat when they’re open or submit a ticket to the Kartra team.

Kartra has a live chat that allows you to immediately connect directly to the Kartra team. 

The team is available from Monday to Friday between 8 am – 12 pm and 12 am – 4 am US Pacific Time (PT).

It is the quickest way to get support and our first option when we need to contact Kartra. 

You can ask any questions you have related to Kartra, and the team will provide an answer or point you in the right direction.

If your question or query isn’t urgent, or the Kartra live chat is closed, you can submit a ticket. 

You need to provide the department you need to contact, name, email, support code, subject, and message.

Kartra doesn’t provide an exact time frame for responding to tickets. From our experience, it takes an average of two hours to receive a response Monday to Friday, but it can take longer if it’s the weekend, out of hours, or if the team is busy.
