The support team can only be reached via email. To send them a message, head to the homepage and scroll right to the bottom footer. Here you will find a Help link to click on.

If you are logged into your account, you can find the Help button in the top right corner of the screen. Clicking on it will take you to the same page as detailed above.

When we tested this service out, promised a response within 24 hours. We had someone get back to us after around six hours. 

Once you have had a response, you can email the Customer Service Agent back directly; you do not have to use the form again unless you’re submitting a new help request.

If you really want to speak to the team on the phone, you can pay $57 to have a two-hour technical assistance call. 

This is available to all subscribers, regardless of the plan you are on.

Since you have to pay to have this phone assistance, it is a good idea to plan in advance what you want to gain from the call. 

But first, try to find answers to your questions via email or within the knowledge center and Facebook group.

If you still need help, you can email the platform via the usual channel and request to pay for the two-hour call.
