What is the Systeme.io Funnel Builder Used for?

The Systeme.io funnel builder is used to create customized funnels for different purposes, such as building an audience, selling digital or physical products, or running a webinar.

The funnel guides the user from the initial funnel landing page and through to taking action.

Whether your end goal is to collect data or make sales, the funnel is a powerful marketing tool to help you achieve it.

Systeme.io allows you to create and use its funnel builder on all plans, including the free one, so you can get started with funnel building right away without having to subscribe.

What Does the Systeme.io Funnel Builder Include?

Systeme.io is primarily a sales and marketing platform, so it has put a lot of effort into creating a comprehensive and sophisticated funnel-building tool.

The funnel builder includes the following numbers of funnels and steps according to your chosen Systeme.io plan:

  • Free Plan: three funnels and 15 steps
  • Startup Plan: 10 funnels and 50 steps
  • Webinar Plan: 50 funnels and 300 steps
  • Unlimited Plan: Unlimited funnels and steps

A Choice of Templates

A Choice of Templates

First up, Systeme.io makes designing your funnel pages a quick and easy process. Rather than have templates for entire funnels, instead, the platform has templates for each separate funnel step.

When you add a new step to your funnel, a page of templates is displayed, and all you do is pick a suitable one to edit.

This means you can mix and match templates throughout your funnel and achieve an entirely unique look.

Each page has around 20 templates or more available so that you get a wide variety to choose from.

Customizable Funnel Pages

Customizable Funnel Pages

The funnel builder lets you add as many pages as you like to your funnel according to your plan limits.

You have plenty of options, including:

  • Squeeze page
  • Inline and opt-in forms
  • Pop-ups
  • Opt-in thank you and standard thank you page
  • Upsells and downsells
  • Sales page and order form
  • Webinar registration, thank you, and broadcast pages
  • Info and contact pages

Your pages can be edited individually using the drag-and-drop editing tool, plus you can duplicate and delete pages, switch up the order of them, and swap the template for each one if you decide you dislike the one you initially chose.

Drag-and-Drop Editing Tool

Drag-and-Drop Editing Tool

When you open up the editing tool for each page, you will find that it has an intuitive user interface and uses the drag-and-drop method to allow you to customize it.

This tool is a pleasure to use and is suitable even for beginners to master quickly.

All you do is select the desired element or block from the left-hand menu and drag it over onto the page.

Elements consist of individual items that you can place on the page, such as headings, text, videos, images, and more.

Blocks, on the other hand, are groups of pre-designed elements such as price plans, page headers and footers, and feature lists.

Think of blocks as “mini-templates” that exist within the main template. Ultimately, they serve to make the design of your funnel faster and easier.

Surveys, Forms, and Pop-Ups

Surveys, Forms, and Pop-Ups

To enable the capture of customer data, you can build custom forms and embed them onto the funnel page.

Forms can include requests for information such as name, email, phone number, physical address, and more.

Surveys help you collect answers to questions.

For example, if you want to find out what customer preferences are in relation to a product – size, color, flavor, etc. – add a survey to the page so you can easily gather this information.

Finally, pop-ups are a useful sales aid and can serve a variety of purposes.

They serve as a reminder for a customer to complete a form or their order.

You can also use them for upselling purposes or to promote a sense of urgency to encourage the customer to complete their purchase.

Payment Provider Integration

Payment Provider Integration

To make payment on your funnels a seamless process, Systeme.io has a number of direct integrations with payment providers

You can set up and use the following:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Razorpay
  • Flutterwave

The platform’s funnel payment page is comprehensive and also includes the ability to add two-step order forms, payment methods, offers, conditions of sales, and more.

Payment Plans, Coupons, and Order Bumps

Payment Plans, Coupons, and Order Bumps

To help you increase the chances of a sale, there is the option to add a coupon section where customers can add a discount code.

Additionally, you can provide extra sales options such as order bumps and upsell pages.

If you’re selling access to a course or community, Systeme.io enables you to receive recurring revenue by setting up subscriptions or recurring payments.

Split A/B Testing

Split A/B Testing

Split A/B testing is a method of trying out different strategies to see which one is most effective.

You can do this type of testing with your Systeme.io sales funnel pages.

All you need to do is set up two different versions of a page and add them to the testing tool.

Each page must lead to the same goal (sale, form completion, etc.), and this allows you to see which page is most effective in leading customers to complete said goal.

Using split A/B testing is highly useful since you can use it to fine-tune and tweak your marketing campaigns so that they are as effective as possible.

Automation Rules

Automation Rules

While Systeme.io does not have as sophisticated marketing automation as other platforms, it can still help you catch leads and convert them into sales.

The platform lets you create automated processes when:

  • A new sale occurs
  • A sale is canceled
  • A page is visited

For example, if a customer completes the purchase of an online course, you can create an automated email that enrolls them on to the course without you having to manually intervene.

Similarly, to entice a sale, you can have an automated email containing a discount code sent out each time a sale is canceled.
