Key Takeaways:

Winner Is: GoHighLevel

Both platforms give full access to their features for just under $100/month, so at first glance they appear just as affordable as each other.

However, as we delve into each platform’s features you will notice that DashClicks has rather a lot of add-on features that cost huge sums of money

These additional costs can run into the thousands, making it extremely unaffordable.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: CRM Tools

GoHighLevel CRM Tools

GoHighLevel CRM Tools

GoHighLevel has abundant features that make performing CRM a breeze.

You can pretty much do everything on the platform, and the added advantage is that much of it can be automated.

Here’s a quick rundown of the GoHighLevel CRM features:

  • Unlimited contacts
  • Smart contact lists, tagging, and bulk action performance
  • Automated pipelines
  • Automated calendar management
  • Call, SMS, social media message, WhatsApp, and email customers from within the platform
  • View all your conversation feeds in one area
  • AI-powered conversational SMS bot

DashClicks CRM Tools

DashClicks CRM Tools

DashClicks is certainly more limited than GoHighLevel in terms of what it can do.

It does, however, have a really nice pipeline feature that is easy to manage and use.

Additionally, you can have unlimited contacts and contact them via live chat, SMS, or email.

Contacts can be arranged into smart lists and tagged for easy management.

Winner Is GoHighLevel

There’s no doubt that GoHighLevel is the superior platform for CRM features.

The amount of versatility you get means that you can tailor pipelines, calendars, and more to suit your client’s needs perfectly.

The fact you don’t need to resort to using third-party apps is the icing on the cake.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: Lead and Pipeline Management

GoHighLevel Lead and Pipeline Management

GoHighLevel Lead and Pipeline Management

The pipeline builder in GoHighLevel is extremely versatile and allows you to create customized stages for each one.

You can build an unlimited number of pipelines and set up automation so that prospects are nurtured and move through the pipeline without you having to intervene manually.

The pipeline layout is clean and neat, so you can see at a glance which stage each of your prospects is in.

You can click on each prospect to perform tasks such as adding tags or heading to their conversation feed.

Overall, GoHighLevel is advanced in this area and allows you easy pipeline management thanks to the automation capabilities.

DashClicks Lead and Pipeline Management

DashClicks Lead and Pipeline Management

DashClicks offers a great pipeline layout with a very user-friendly way of creating, managing, and editing your pipelines.

Compared with GoHighLevel, DashClicks has a more beginner-friendly interface.

However, it lacks the sophistication offered by GoHighLevel, and although you can add automation to each pipeline stage, it’s pretty limited beyond sending an email or SMS and adding tags to contacts.

Winner Is GoHighLevel

DashClicks does provide a decent pipeline tool, and it’s probably better than GoHighLevel if you’re a beginner or lack technical skills.

That said, GoHighLevel is far superior when it comes to what you can actually do with your pipelines.

Since you can add automated workflows to them, it makes the versatility virtually limitless and removes many manual tasks from your hands.

Ultimately, if you plan to scale your business, GoHighLevel is the tool that will let you do that.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: Sales Funnel and Site Builder

GoHighLevel Sales Funnel and Site Builder

GoHighLevel Sales Funnel and Site Builder

GoHighLevel continues to improve its page-building features and has separate building tools for creating unlimited funnels, websites, blogs, landing pages, and membership sites

There are over 1,000 ready-made templates to choose from (or you can start from scratch), and pages are easily edited using the drag-and-drop tool.

The editor works well and provides a decent user experience. However, the templates look a bit “samey” and lack true variety.

We feel that GoHighLevel needs to focus more on quality rather than quantity here. That said, they do provide a solid foundation upon which to create your own pages.

DashClicks Sales Funnel and Site Builder

DashClicks Sales Funnel and Site Builder

DashClicks has a bit of a strange way of doing things. It has two website-building tools. One is called “Instasites” and is essentially a bunch of templates for simple websites and landing pages.

However, these have to be connected to one of your prospects or contacts, and you cannot create one without first adding a contact to it.

There’s also a separate website builder that appears to offer fully comprehensive sites rather than simple landing pages.

The difference here is that they’re not included with your subscription, and you must pay a setup fee of $97 and an ongoing monthly fee of $25.

The funnel-building tool is disappointing and doesn’t offer any pre-built templates.

You have to build everything from scratch.

We really found this surprising because the rest of the platform is so user-friendly.

Winner Is GoHighLevel

Despite its lack of interesting templates, GoHighLevel offers a far more straightforward and less confusing design process.

Furthermore, all its page-building tools are included in the subscription fee with no surprise add-on costs.

Its funnel builder is a lot better and faster to use, thanks to its multitude of prebuilt funnel templates.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: Sales and Marketing Tools

GoHighLevel Sales and Marketing Tools

GoHighLevel Sales and Marketing Tools

Where marketing is concerned, GoHighLevel has left no stone unturned and provides you with everything you could ever need to run effective marketing campaigns.

Furthermore, you can create fully automated multi-channel campaigns, which gives you the unique opportunity to tailor a campaign to perfectly align with your client’s needs.

  • Use GoHighLevel’s native emailer, phone, and SMS provider without having to use a third-party tool.
  • Create fully automated email campaigns.
  • Create automated sales funnels and take payments or book appointments.
  • Create multichannel campaigns that include voicemail drops, SMS/MMS, emails, and social media messaging.
  • Make sure of the workflow tool to create sophisticated campaigns with many variables and outcomes.
  • Use split A/B testing to refine your processes.
  • View all your campaign pipelines and tell at a glance how each pipeline stage is performing.
  • Schedule social media posts.
  • Connect with Google Ads and Facebook Ads to gauge and improve performance.

DashClicks Sales and Marketing Tools

DashClicks Sales and Marketing Tools

On the surface, it appears that DashClicks does everything that GoHighLevel does, but this isn’t the case.

Sure, the platform allows you to create and send emails and SMS messages, build sales funnels, and view and manage pipelines. It even has automation capabilities that you can add in.

The big difference is that it’s all pretty basic. DashClicks lacks a workflow feature, so you can’t create multi-channel campaigns or fully automated processes.

One thing DashClicks does is allow you to connect social media platforms in order to perform social media management, but this comes at an extra cost (more on this below).

Winner Is GoHighLevel

It’s hard to get close to the number of features that GoHighLevel provides. It’s truly a one-stop shop that allows you to set up and run automated marketing campaigns without having to use any kind of third-party tool.

We love the flexibility the workflow feature provides, too.

You’re not restricted by communication channels, which allows you to create bespoke marketing solutions for your clients.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: Reputation Management

GoHighLevel Reputation Management

GoHighLevel Reputation Management

We live in a world where online reviews can make or break a business.

Fortunately, GoHighLevel has recognized the significance of this and has included a review management feature on its platform.

You can send out review requests automatically and connect with Google and social media platforms to view all existing reviews and the analytics surrounding them.

Additionally, you can integrate with Yext to incorporate reviews from across many other platforms.

This feature makes it easier to act on feedback and gain more of it. It also helps you spot trends and identify areas for improvement.

DashClicks Reputation Management

DashClicks Reputation Management

DashClicks’ reputation management feature is actually very similar to GoHighLevel’s. You can integrate with Facebook and Google and automatically send review requests.

Like GoHighLevel, all the data is displayed within the platform and allows you to see how you or your clients are performing.

Winner Is: It’s a Draw.

Both GoHighLevel and DashClicks have realized the importance of online reviews and have taken the time to incorporate a review feature into their platforms.

We don’t feel that one performs better than the other, although GoHighLevel’s direct Yext integration makes things a bit easier.

Mind you, it’s still possible to use Yext with DashClicks; you just have to connect via Zapier.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: White-Labeling and Reselling

GoHighLevel White-Labeling and Reselling

GoHighLevel White-Labeling and Reselling

“SaaS mode” is an upgraded version of the GoHighLevel Agency Unlimited plan and costs $497/ month or $4,970.00/year.

This gives you the ability to sell the GoHighLevel platform as SaaS an unlimited number of times.

You are free to set your own prices which provides you with the opportunity for unlimited amounts of additional revenue.

As well as GoHighLevel SaaS, you can also resell Yext and WordPress. Again, you are free to set your own price.

You can even build a bundle that includes SaaS, Yext, and WordPress all in one go.

DashClicks White Labeling and Reselling

DashClicks White Labeling and Reselling

Rather than reselling the DashClicks platform, you can instead white label a number of services and sell them via DashClicks, including:

  • Facebook, Google, and TikTok ads
  • SEO and backlinks
  • Social posts and content
  • Directory listings

Each individual service comes at an additional cost to your usual subscription fee. Most of them start at $199/month and range in price up to $499/month.

This feature is mostly geared toward agencies that want to incorporate social media and SEO management into their suite of client services.

While you can white-label the services, it isn’t quite the same as GoHighLevel, which is pure software reselling.

Winner Is GoHighLevel

We think that having the ability to resell a platform of GoHighLevel’s caliber unlocks a great opportunity and a way to grow your business without necessarily putting in more effort or man-hours. It’s an amazing value at only $497/month.

We do like DashClicks’ offering, but the cost is highly prohibitive.

And considering you have to pay for each individual white-label service, your monthly fee can quickly run into thousands of dollars making it unaffordable for many.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: User Experience

GoHighLevel User Experience

GoHighLevel User Experience

GoHighLevel continues to improve in leaps and bounds, and what was initially a clunky, hard-to-use platform now provides a smooth and intuitive user experience.

The learning curve is high, though, mainly due to the number of features and the advanced automation.

It’s worth learning and taking the time to get familiar with it all: just make sure you set aside plenty of time to do so.

DashClicks User Experience

DashClicks User Experience

DashClicks has a clean and simple layout that is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.

Using the features doesn’t take much of a learning curve and you’ll be using the platform like a pro in no time.

However, its limited functionality means that you may outgrow the platform as soon as your business starts to scale.

When the requirement for more automation comes into play, this is where DashClicks will come up short.

Winner Is GoHighLevel

Despite the learning curve of the platform, GoHighLevel still offers a fantastic user experience.

We are also confident that this will only get better and better over time thanks to the team’s responsiveness when acting on feedback.

We look forward to seeing what GoHighLevel looks like in a year’s time – no doubt it will be even better!

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: Customer Service

GoHighLevel Customer Service

GoHighLevel Customer Service

GoHighLevel offers a number of ways to get in touch or to find support.

Once you log into the platform, you get access to the help sidebar, which offers live chat and a number to call for customer service.

If you want, you can upgrade to priority support, but this costs $300/month.

There are also a number of links to GoHighLevel’s help center and onboarding videos.

However, we frequently find that its articles and videos are out of date and incorrect, which is frustrating for new users.

This is generally because the platform frequently updates features or releases new ones but fails to accordingly update the corresponding help articles.

As a final note, GoHighLevel provides a free onboarding call via Zoom when you first join the platform.

Additionally, support agents have also been willing to jump on a Zoom call to help if your query is complicated.

DashClicks Customer Service

DashClicks Customer Service

DashClicks only provides live chat to its users. There is no number to call for support.

Its help center is comprehensive and neatly organized, so it’s easy to find what you are looking for and contains text/image walkthroughs as well as supporting video content.

The platform also offers the opportunity to schedule a demo; this is not a live demo but a pre-recorded video.

The live chat feature was a bit annoying to use, and we had to deal with a chatbot first before we got access to a human.

When we finally got a hold of someone, they were helpful and resolved our query quickly.

Winner Is GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel’s response times aren’t the best but they do offer a large variety of ways to get in touch or find help.

Because of their willingness to jump on a Zoom call, we give GoHighLevel the edge over DashClicks.

They definitely need to up their game and improve the help articles and resources.

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: Final Verdict

GoHighLevel vs DashClicks: Final Verdict

We feel this is a no-brainer. GoHighLevel has so much to offer at such a great price that it’s impossible to find another platform that comes close to the value it provides.

DashClicks is okay, but the add-on costs for things like white-label services and websites are unnecessarily sky-high.

We also feel the platform is easily outgrown the moment your business starts to scale.

Frequently Asked Questions

DashClicks costs from $99/month, but there are a lot of add-on costs that can significantly raise the price. GoHighLevel costs from $97/month with far less or zero add-on costs. Therefore, GoHighLevel is overall the more affordable platform.

GoHighLevel provides a huge array of sophisticated features and tools for a very affordable price. In comparison, DashClicks costs the same – if not more – and is much more limited. Ultimately, GoHighLevel is a much better platform than DashClicks.

GoHighLevel is worth it if you want a true all-in-one platform for a great price that can scale with your business. DashClicks is worth it for beginners but it’s likely they will outgrow the platform in the future.

Neither GoHighLevel nor DashClicks has a free plan available. However, both offer a standard free trial of 14 days, so you can try them out before deciding whether or not to pay.
