GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: Affordability
Platform | Cheapest Plan | Top-Tier Plan | Discount for Paying Annually | Free Trial? |
---|---|---|---|---|
GoHighLevel | $97/month or $80.83/month billed annually | $297/month or $247.50/month billed annually | 17% | 14-day free trial |
FlowTrack | $69/month | $299/month or $2,499/lifetime | 22% | 14-day free trial |
Winner Is: FlowTrack
FlowTrack’s cheapest plan is more affordable than GoHighLevel, though its features are more limited.
What really sets FlowTrack apart from similar platforms is the ability to pay for its mid-tier and top-tier plans for a one-time lifetime fee. This means that once you’ve paid the fee, you can use the platform for years to come without having to pay anything extra.
Lifetime payments are rare, especially if it is a feature-rich platform.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: CRM Features
GoHighLevel CRM Features
When it comes to customer contact and lead nurturing, there isn’t much that GoHighLevel can’t do.
Featuring an extensive list of tools, you can perform top-level CRM without ever having to use a third-party app in addition to GoHighLevel.
Here is a list of GoHighLevel’s CRM features:
- Unlimited contacts and contact lists.
- Smart tagging and bulk action performance.
- Unlimited pipelines with full automation capabilities.
- You can phone, leave a voicemail, SMS, WhatsApp, social media message, and email contacts, all within GoHighLevel.
- Integrated phone system with missed call text-backs.
- Add the chatbot widget to any web page.
- View all your text-based conversations (SMS, social media, WhatsApp, etc.) within one streamlined feed.
- Make use of AI to create a conversational SMS bot for lead nurturing and appointment booking.
- Unlimited calendars with smart and automated management and automatic booking and payment abilities.
FlowTrack CRM Features
FlowTrack’s winning CRM feature is its AI chatbot widget that can be placed on any web page of your choosing. The only problem is that this is an add-on feature that costs from $49/month although you can purchase a lifetime deal involving five payment installments of $697.
In addition to this, the platform offers the following CRM features:
- An amalgamated chat screen where you can view all your conversation feeds from social media messages, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and more.
- Unlimited contacts on all plans except the Basic plan (limit 10,000 contacts).
- Smart tagging and contact lists.
- Phone system including missed call textbacks.
- Smart calendars with automated scheduling, booking, and upfront payments.
- Automated pipelines and one-click pipeline management.
Winner Is GoHighLevel
There’s not much in it. Both platforms provide excellent CRM features and give you a good variety of ways to communicate with and nurture your contacts and leads. However, GoHighLevel has the edge because its AI chatbot is included in its plans without having to pay an additional fee.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: Website and Funnel Building
GoHighLevel Website and Funnel Building
GoHighLevel has complete building tools for websites, funnels, blogs, landing pages, and more. You also get to create unlimited numbers of them.
There are over 1,000 templates on offer, providing a handy starting point for your web page without having to start from scratch. Don’t get too excited about the number of templates, though. We find that a lot of them look pretty much the same, with only the color scheme adjusted.
The editing tool is a breeze to use and offers a smooth and intuitive user experience. Creating new sections and adjusting existing ones is straightforward using the drag-and-drop tool.
FlowTrack Website and Funnel Building
FlowTrack’s page-building tools are comprehensive.
It has separate builders for websites, landing pages, forms, membership sites, and more. There are templates provided that look quite fresh and modern, while everything is edited using the drag-and-drop tools.
When testing it out, we unfortunately came across several glitches. Either the templates wouldn’t load, or we would randomly get kicked out of the tool for no apparent reason. This was understandably frustrating and spoiled an otherwise good experience.
Additionally, the funnel builder has been thrown in with the website builder, and although FlowTrack claims you can build funnels, you can’t design them in the traditional sense by adding different funnel steps.
Instead, you have to follow a somewhat convoluted process by creating separate web pages and then adding automation flows for each one.
Winner Is GoHighLevel
While the GoHighLevel templates aren’t going to set your world on fire, it does provide a solid building tool that doesn’t glitch or let you down.
Furthermore, the funnel builder has loads of prebuilt options and is what we would call a “true” funnel tool with the ability to create steps.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: Marketing Tools
GoHighLevel Marketing Tools
You get an extensive suite of marketing features within GoHighLevel alongside the ability to build fully automated multi-channel campaigns. The platform supports marketing via email, phone, voicemail, WhatsApp, social media, SMS, and more.
Additionally, GoHighLevel has its own emailing system and its own phone provider so there is no need to use third parties for these purposes.
- Build landing pages, sales funnels, forms, and more for your campaigns.
- Create your campaigns using the workflow automation tool. This can include anything from a pure email campaign to a sales funnel that includes email, SMS, and social media.
- You can even incorporate split A/B testing to better understand what works.
- View all your campaigns and their performance in the pipeline/opportunities feature and set up automation actions to move leads through the customer journey.
- Integrate with Google and Facebook Ads and view all your performance analytics from within GoHighLevel.
- Add your social media channels and use GoHighLevel to create and schedule your posts.
FlowTrack Marketing Tools
When you get stuck into the FlowTrack platform, you realize it’s not as geared up for marketing as you are led to believe. For example, its website talks about an email feature, but this is not the case. You have to connect an existing email account (such as Gmail), and then you can use the FlowTrack platform to write and send out emails.
What the platform focuses on most is creating forms and web pages to generate leads and sales. You can also set up phone and SMS to carry out marketing and create multi-channel automated workflows. The platform also supports split A/B testing to help you refine your campaigns.
Winner Is GoHighLevel
When GoHighLevel said it was an all-in-one platform, it wasn’t lying. You have pretty much every marketing tool at your fingertips with absolutely no need to connect third-party apps or external email addresses.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack Membership Sites
GoHighLevel Membership Sites
GoHighLevel has a comprehensive course-building feature.
Select the sprint (short course) or marathon (full learning program) templates, create a full membership site including a number of courses, or start one from scratch.
Each course can be customized by adding lessons, modules, videos, files, and more. There is also a comment feature where students can ask questions or provide feedback and an area where you can create and add assessments.
GoHighLevel has also introduced a community feature that looks very different from the GoHighLevel platform aesthetic. This provides a space for members to congregate and chat, upload videos, files, images, and more.
Better still, you can connect your community to your courses providing enhanced value and a way to increase your revenue.
FlowTrack Membership Sites
There isn’t a specific course-building feature in FlowTrack. Instead, you are directed to the website building tool where you can select “Membership Sites.” Essentially, this is exactly the same as the website builder only you can add login elements which serves to restrict access to web pages unless someone has been given login details.
There are no elements to construct course outlines, modules, or lessons. Instead, you must make use of the website elements to build what you need.
Winner Is GoHighLevel
There’s no competition here. GoHighLevel has a dedicated feature for building courses and membership sites. And with the recent addition of a community feature, this only sweetens the deal.
Oh, and the number of membership sites you can build is unlimited. Even better!
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: Automation
GoHighLevel Automation
GoHighLevel has complex and advanced automation that can be used for multi-channel campaigns, manual tasks, lead nurturing, and so much more. It’s probably the most advanced automation tool we’ve seen on a marketing platform so far.
It does require a serious learning curve, though. There are so many options it can be tough to find what you’re looking for, especially if you’re new to the platform. However, GoHighLevel does provide a good number of ready-made workflow templates that you can use for your own automation sequences or simply learn from.
FlowTrack Automation
FlowTrack has a powerful automation tool that gives you the opportunity to automate most tasks within the platform. When first presented with the workflow screen, it looks like it’ll be easy to use. We definitely like the drag-and-drop style interface.
However, it’s not that straightforward, and it took a while to get to grips with how it works. It doesn’t help that there aren’t any blueprints or templates available to help you get started.
We believe that once you get the hang of it, it can really help save time, but you need to be prepared to put the time into learning how it works.
Winner Is GoHighLevel
Neither platform’s workflow tool is easy or quick to learn, but GoHighLevel takes the edge off the process by providing you with templates to use. GoHighLevel also has more automation options than FlowTrack and is, therefore, more flexible and versatile.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: White-Labeling and Reselling
GoHighLevel White-Labeling and Reselling
If you want an additional way to increase your revenue, you can upgrade your GoHighLevel plan to “SaaS Mode” which will allow you to add your branding to the platform and sell GoHighLevel as SaaS.
You are able to create your own pricing plans, so whether you choose to charge $100 or $1,000, that’s up to you.
Plans can also be customized to include whatever you want. For example, you can build a plan that has email, CRM, and automation and then a cheaper plan that only includes CRM. It is also possible to bundle GoHighLevel SaaS with WordPress and Yext reselling to increase the value of your offer. (WordPress and Yext can also be resold as standalone products.)
Upgrading to SaaS mode costs $497/ month or $4,970.00/year.
FlowTrack White-Labeling and Reselling
Like GoHighLevel, FlowTrack can also be sold as SaaS. To do this, you must upgrade to the White Label (from $99/month) or Unlimited White Label ($299/month) plans.
FlowTrack gives you a lot of customization options for selling its SaaS. As well as creating customized pricing plans with bespoke features, you also have a lot of control over the design of the interface.
From changing the color of the icons and choosing different styles, to customizing the system-generated emails, you can really make the platform your own.
The whole setup process is very user-friendly and there’s even a setup wizard available to guide you through it.
Winner Is FlowTrack
Both platforms offer the same flexibility for branding, setting prices, and creating pricing plans. However, FlowTrack has made its setup process very simple to follow and the inclusion of the wizard is extremely useful for novice users.
With GoHighLevel it’s not always apparent what you need to do to successfully set up SaaS, and you have to go searching for the guidance.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: User Experience
GoHighLevel User Experience
GoHighLevel started off looking and feeling dated to use. It was hard to find features and even harder to learn how they worked.
We’re pleased to report that all of that has now changed, and GoHighLevel provides its users with a seamless and pleasant user experience. Furthermore, it actually listens to its users and acts on feedback. If something isn’t working for its users, the platform will swiftly improve it.
All we advise here is to prepare for the learning curve. There are SO many features and tools that it takes a good week or so to get used to the more advanced areas like automation. Once you’re in the swing of it, though, it’s easy.
FlowTrack User Experience
We actually prefer the look of FlowTrack over GoHighLevel. It’s more modern and cleanly laid out, with each feature section easy to find.
The problems start when you use the platform. It has a lot of glitches, with features or templates not loading properly or features crashing altogether. Additionally, logging in often presented a problem with passwords not being recognized (despite being entered correctly) and required customer support to gain access to the platform
The platform is only a couple of years old, so perhaps it hasn’t gotten around to ironing out these issues. Whatever the reason, we feel they need to focus on this area because it spoils what could be a great user experience.
Winner Is GoHighLevel
A robust platform goes a long way toward creating an enjoyable user experience, and GoHighLevel provides just that. Sure, the platform takes a while to learn, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fun to use during the learning process.
We also love that the GoHighLevel team acts on its user’s feedback. In the past year or so, they have continuously made improvements which further enhance its usability.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: Customer Service
GoHighLevel Customer Service
Once you log into the GoHighLevel platform, you gain access to a number of help resources.
New users are invited to schedule a live Zoom call for onboarding, and support agents will often ask if you want to jump on a video call so they can help you better.
Live chat and phone calls are provided as standard, but you can also upgrade to priority support for an additional $300/month. In terms of response times, they’re inconsistent. Sometimes, they are instant; other times, you’re left hanging.
The help portal and onboarding series serve up articles with text and video walkthroughs. The only problem here is that the GoHighLevel team fails to update them in accordance with new updates or feature releases. As a result, the information in the articles is often wrong, which can lead to a lot of frustration.
FlowTrack Customer Service
FlowTrack’s support consists of live chat. While it was easy enough to make contact with an agent, they kept us hanging for a long time while they looked into our query. Then, a different agent would respond.
It was a bit hit-and-miss, and it was apparent they were helping several people at once.
The help center is okay. There are video tutorials as well as text/image walkthrough guides. They’re easy enough to follow and, in most cases, gave the solution to what we were looking for.
Winner Is GoHighLevel
Although GoHighLevel’s training documents need serious attention, the live support you get is far superior to FlowTrack’s.
Having the ability to call someone or jump on a Zoom call is really valuable and saves a ton of effort from having to try and explain complex problems over text.
GoHighLevel vs FlowTrack: Final Verdict
There’s a reason why we rate GoHighLevel so highly. Its creators put constant effort and thought into improving the platform and making it the best it can be for its users. While it’s not perfect, it does offer solid, comprehensive, and valuable features for what we feel is an unbeatable price.
FlowTrack has the potential to be great. It has decent features and its interface provides a good user experience. However, the platform isn’t as robust as it needs to be. Additionally, some features are also way more limited than FlowTrack would have you believe.
If FlowTrack’s creators take the time to iron out the problems and create proper features for things like funnel building, it could be a real future contender.
